Seller Hub says 3 orders to dispatch and overdue yet nothing showing when clicked on.

Hi All,

Long time seller and I sell daily so do all my labels throughout the day and had no issues ever until yesterday when the seller hub suddenly said I had 3 orders to send and overdue. If you click on the link it says no orders found and on the 'manage orders to dispatch' screen there are none either. I've checked all my past orders and seems fine. Nothing waiting in 'waiting for payment' or anything. I can't work out whats going on. Tried to call ebay but keep getting cut off when they say they are going to take a look and put on hold.

Any ideas ?  Thanks in advance.

If you are satisfied that ebay are wrong and another glitch, then ignore.

Only thing to watch for is to see that nothing is coming up on your seller dashboard for late dispatch.
