Buyer unable to pay on site

A person from Guernsey has bought my item, I opted for for Royal Mail simple post by QR when I listed it but he says the option to pay is greyed out and at my end it both postage method and location is blank and I can’t seem to edit anything how can this be resolved thank you

One thing for you to check,  that is,  that Europe is not excluded in your Site Preferences for places you do not post to.  

For some reason,  eBay have added the Channel Isles,  namely Jersey and Guernsey to Europe, making it not possible for buyers from there to pay you!

Just untick that box.
