Hello, I am getting no help from Ebay, so I'm on here to ask advice. I sold a Jackie Brazil bracelet for £20 and then the lady said it was unwearable and wanted a refund. I didn't understand as I bought it new and had been sitting in my draw ever since. It was worn just twice (once to try when I bought and once to take a photo of it on my wrist to sell. I gave her a refund and asked her to return. She had the refund and stopped replying to my messages. I kept asking her to return the bracelet so I could resell. She has just got back to say she has disguarded the braclet! I am getting no reply from Ebay. Any suggestions? Hi all, Would appreciate your input regarding item not received. A buyer bought two items from me on different accounts - one on my business account, one on my private account. They have reported both items as not received. They were both posted Mail Tracked 48 and the two tracking numbers both show as delivered on Monday at 13.08 and a photo of an open door - sadly nothing else really visible in the photo - no actual parcels, just that the door is open. Item sold on my private account was sent simple delivery so ebay dealing with that case. I have messaged the buyer on my business account querying the delivery status seeing as Royal Mail have tracked as delivered with photo and the buyer is adamant they don't have the parcel......they've checked neighbours and the Royal Mail depot etc etc... Apparently the neighbour has given them other parcels that they took for this buyer, but not the TWO that I sent. Very unlucky, that BOTH of mine have not been received, even though tracking says delivered. So, any advise appreciated. I realise I will likely end up having to refund, but any help you can offer. Am I obliged to refund as the items are stated as delivered? Thanks in advance.

The buyer asked for a refund on a clothing item. As it was my (small) mistake, I refunded her immediately, and told her that I wanted the item back. However, I have not received the item back, and despite contacting her twice, I have not heard anything from her. This was two weeks ago, so I contacted Ebay about this, but I have not heard anything from them, either. What can I do now?

Posting label printed shows weight of 0.5kg!!! my sister has just contacted me with a querry on a ebay simple delivery posting label. Drove down to check, indeed the evri label is 0.5kg and yet the posting opted for in advert was set at 1kg! its boxed up and weighs 0.7kg so we hope there will be no issues. A glitch I hope.

Now that we’re legitimate again, we could use a place for folk to post pics, graphics and animations that they’d like others to see. And this could be the very place. There’s only one rule. . . . . . don’t break any of the rules. Happy posting!
