Account Restrictions

My account is restricted and I can not get it resolved. The time line of events are roughly as follows.

I bought a product. There was a mix up with the mail but it arrived after the refund had been issued. As a sole trader, I asked how I can pay them again since I now have the product. (Roughly £10). No one got back to me.

Account continued to work as normal.

I list a car for auction. It did not sell. I then Relisted it but there in no history of the second listing. I then receive a message about due fees, I followed the links... no due fees showing, and no method to pay anything. But the account is unable to buy, sell, or bid.

I started looking for customer support and of course its a *bleep*ty ai the goes around in circles. w

SOME ONE HELP PLEASE. I'M NOT EVEN TRYING TO AVOID ANYTHING I MAY NEED TO PAY. I'VE ACTIVELY TRIED PAYING ON BOTH OCCATIONS WITH THE SELLER SITUATION AND EBAY NOW THE EBAY SITUATION.

Somewhere a vital message has not reached you,  as you do need to pay listing fees for those unsold vehicles.

Listing fees for vehicles are non refundable,  payable sale or no sale,  and charged the second your item goes live.

Two listings in auction format I think the fees would be around a total of £30 to pay.

Contact eBay Customer Services if you cannot see where to pay those fees,  but I do recommend contacting CS first thing on a weekday morning at 8 a.m. when the lines first open for live agents,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.  Explain you need to pay overdue fees but cannot see how, as your account is blocked.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

As said I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
