I am hoping someone can help me with this.
I purchased the item shown in the attached screenshot, however the status is stuck in 'Order processing'.
I tried to buy these back on 27th Jun, Order number: 09-13252-79687
I have contacted the seller many times, however it seems they are very mentally challenged and despite me explaining the issue to them in several different ways, they did not understand the issue.
I cannot cancel the order, no money has left my account.... It's just stuck there.
Apart from hiding the item from my view, is there anything I can do about this?
