Sounds as though not covered by Simple Delivery, so it is up to you to find a suitable  courier, get a quote, and incorporate cost in your listing. It is again up to you whether buyer pays or you offer free delivery.

Free Delivery means you cover cost in the price and you pay for delivery.

If you have already sold this item,  then the buyer pays whatever delivery costs you had on the listing.

It's too late to add delivery costs after an item has been sold.

Aahh ok,  from your opening post when you said.... ' I sold a heavy item',  I thought  you meant.... you sold a heavy item, and not that you had one for sale.
