How on Earth do I withdraw balance?!

Hello

How do I trigger a payout to my bank account? I'm absolutely flummoxed. I have a listed bank account marked as 'used for payouts'. I have a positive eBay balance as seen in My eBay Payments. But absolutely no where do I see 'payout' or 'withdraw' or any alerts or warnings for that matter. Nowhere does it say 'pending' or 'funds will be available in x days' etc. I've tried following various help links but they go around in circles and attempting to contact eBay directly is a dead loss. Even ChatGPT gave up on me!

I'm a private seller and I've been a member since 2000. I have received payouts since they dropped PayPal but I've never consciously set anything up regarding payments. I don't even know where to look to try to see if my account doesn't have the right status or something.

I'm at a loss and there's £100s in my balance that I need to withdraw.

Please help!

Go to payments:

https://ppcapp.ebay.co.uk/myppc/wallet/list

You will see this:

Your Ebay balance is the amount available to withdraw.

Click on the arrow in the white circle.

Enter the amount you want to withdraw.

Click on Submit (or withdraw).

I see the arrow but it doesn’t work … hmm … that was on my older MacBook. Ooh, bug in a Safari as it’s an older version? Trying on newer MacBook … oh *bleep*! It was exactly that. It would certainly explain why there was no indication anywhere of an issue with my account! There are no issues with my account.

Thank you!

As long as it's resolved and you have your money.

It is so frustrating when you do all the right stuff and it just doesn't work ... we have all been there!
