How are Ebay allowing people to sell fake items on here and just get away with it ?

the usb memory stick fakes are out of control as are the SD cards and ebay does nothing

as long as they getting there kickbacks there happy to let people get scammed.

As ebay never see the item, they won't know if it is fake or not.

All buyers are protected with ebay MBG. 

If sellers get lots of cases opened against them then ebay will eventually take action.

eBay is just a selling platform and cannot see the actual item that the buyer receives.

Buyers are covered by eBay's 30 Day Money Back Guarantee/Buyer Protection, PayPal Buyer protection if they paid that route, or their debit/credit card against their item not being as described.

Opened returns and negative feedback alerts eBay to fake items being sold.
