i am selling,the  item is bought  but when i confirm collection  i need a code , the code was in my  email confirmation which i cannot find ....please help

Have you looked in your email >> Bin  and also Spam?  It might be sitting there.

Or,  send the buyer a message if they could kindly send you the code, they should be able to see this in their order details,  email or eBay message.  Then, you can manually add those numbers alongside ..... Confirm Collection.

If the above is not possible,  you will have to wait a minimum of 14 days before the payout for that item is released.

As money is released within 24 hours now, you should have no delay, but you do need that code.

That is your proof of delivery, without it buyer could claim not received.

“code was in my  email”. You do not receive the code by email, the buyer gets the code to give to you on collection.
