Can't buy a certain item

When trying to bid or buy this item, it says "buying options, cannot bid using the app, add to watch list." I can bid and buy any other item apart from this one I'm wanting. Does anyone know why this is? Have I been restricted from doing so? Please help

It would be useful to know what you are trying to buy. Questions with no information are very difficult to answer.

Hi John, thanks for your response.

I was trying to buy a PlayStation 2 game called Resident Evil Code Veronica X. When I typed that into "search" and I was looking through the options, they all said the same thing "buying options", and I couldn't bid or buy it from the app on my phone.

I originally, and still use my phone to buy items. But, one time I logged onto ebay on my computer. I dont know if that had triggered something to restrict me from buying that item I looked up on my computer. I had bought a Resident Evil game from the app on my phone before and it was fine.

Two weeks later and it seemed to resolve itself and I can bid and buy that game again, so it's all fine now.

Pleased to hear it worked out. Relying on the phone app. can be rather unreliable, and ebay does have many glitches, with strange things happening.
