Buyer left negative feedback today not received I only posted yesterday 2nd class the order details show he should receive it by the 19th it's only the 14th today how was it possible he was allowed to leave negative not received after 24 hours of posting it totally unfair

You can contact eBay Customer Services, but not now, as it's an automated chat bot, do so at 8 a.m. then there's more chance of Dublin answering.
Explain the buyer is asking for something not possible , as the item was posted yesterday 2nd class with the latest estimated date for delivery being the 19th. They are asking for something ' not offered' , can the feedback and red negative mark please be removed.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid
Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays
9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.
Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.
As said, I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

Just to add @seedsforallseasons1959 because of the items you are selling, they could well come back and buy again!
With such unreasonable demands, I would block them from doing so.
Add their ID here:

Surly they should be safeguards that this shouldn't happen when I buy on eBay I noticed I can not leave negative for 5 days

You cannot leave a negative for a ' power seller' but otherwise negatives can be left at any time.
I think this buyer was using the feedback system as a messaging board, many do , as they do not know / understand how to send a message, and some messages do not get through, it's often glitchy.
It should be removed but only as suggested speak to a Dublin agent, it's a Call Back system, so you should hear the dulcet tones of the Emerald Isles! Lines for those agents open in a few minutes.
Good luck, come back and tell us how you got on.

Thank you for your quick replys and knowledge and will definitely come back with any information I receive about this

Happy update it has been removed without me contacting eBay customer services thank you tressygirl for you excellent knowledge

Possibly removed by buyer, having perhaps left feedback for wrong seller.
There is no procedure for ebay to remove feedback automatically in this sort of situation.

The buyer was asking for something not offered, and also impossible with a 2nd class postage, I think CS would have removed it, but as you said , buyer may have asked them first.

I don't think there is any process that auto checks feedback for these sorts of timing issues, but I would love to be wrong!

I'm not saying it was auto removed, just that CS would probably have removed it , if the OP asked.
Like you, I'd love to be wrong that auto feedback removal is not there, but very much doubt it, prob was buyer sending it to wrong seller, and good on them, to take the time to call CS for its removal.
Whether CS, the buyer or Peter Rabbit removed the neg, it's gone, so good result for @seedsforallseasons1959
