I posted an item yesterday and selected returns accepted for 14 days and selected the simple postage option. Then once it went live it said I didn’t accept returns and also accepted click and collect (which I don’t). That’s one issue.
Ive gone to post another item today, and now it says I have no returns, payment or postage preferences? It won’t give me any default options either. But it did yesterday so how do I add those on? I’ve gone to seller hub but it’s so confusing!
Can anyone help? I can’t post anything at the moment.

It looks as though C & C is automatic, so there must be option to opt out. I eoukd rarely have anything over £5 for sale but never had C & C forced upon me.
Why your returns policy was rejected I am afraid I have no idea.

Your listing is showing no returns,you should be able to edit that.
As for the C&C this is now an automatic offering when you use Evri as one of your carriers and offers buyers the option of having their item delivered to an Evri collection point for a lower price,the only way to disable this is to remove Evri from your preferred carriers.

Thank you for the response. EBay sorted me out - can’t do anything in the app so had to go desktop and into the business bit to opt out. Now I have default options to be able to select what I need for each post.
