Evri as everyone knows is the worst service in the UK. Most systems are now automated and use AI. You cant get anywhere unless you talk to a person. The simple ebay delivery service is a joke because the seller is no longer responcible for the delivery service by the courier company. Which seems to be evri. Avrvri driver leaves 2 parcels on doorstep which get stolen. Sellers both think as items were techically delivered this is acceptable. Can we now class pavements, trees, cats or anything but inside our homes as being delivered?
Both sellers say the buyer choses the method. When only the cost is stated not the courier company. The chances of a refund are nil. Warning any seller that uses the simple delivery system should give options to use royal mail or state what courier.
