Hello!
I recently received a product which was fake. I reported the item and requested a refund.
Since then, I have had my refund accepted and my money returned. I am a little confused though. The website said that once the return was accepted I would get a return label and be asked to return it. This has not happened though.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

When a refund is issued upfront it means you don't have to return the item, particularly if it's fake. If you want you can ask the seller if they want it back but they would have to supply a paid-for postage label first. That would be outside of ebay so they'd have to send you one direct.

If seller refunds before issuing label, ebay assume they don't want item back, so label not available.
Seller may think cheaper not to pay for postage.
You can message seller & ask what they want to do,
they either supply label or money to buy postage, this can't be done through ebay.
