Hi, I listed an item as collection only (large print) and this was purchased. The buyer asked if I would send it and agreed to pay all the costs (which they have).
They received the print yesterday and are totally satisfied, but because they didn’t collect I can’t enter a code to get the funds released.
I am totally confident that they aren’t pulling a fast one!
All messages have been through the eBay app.
Any idea how I can mark this as dispatched/received and get paid?
