Ebay not paid out for my sold item.

I sold an item on ebay, the buyer paid and collected.

My item was on hold as I could not post, buyer did tell ebay he had collected but nothing. The item has now disappeared from my account,no record of it. I have tried to contact ebay several times without success.. please help as it was £105.00 that I haven't had.

Ebay not paid out for my sold item.

Most odd , as I too cannot see any recent sales on your account.  Did the buyer buy the item from your eBay listing?

If it was originally listed as a postage item and it was then collected,  you would not have received the important collection code and this when scanned,  is the only proof eBay accept , that an item has been collected.

Without it , your payout is held for a minimum of 14 days.

However,  still odd that the item has been removed from your sold listing,  for this contact eBay Customer Services they'll explain what has happened,  hopefully this was not an off eBay sale!

What was the item?  Perhaps it breached a selling regulation, and eBay has removed all details of it ?

Contact CS first thing on a weekday morning,  when the lines first open for ' live agents',  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

As said,  I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

Do you have a different account that you sold the item from?

It looks as if you haven't used this account to buy or sell for more than a year.

Find the email you got from Ebay when the buyer paid and check you are signed into the correct account.  That email will be helpful if you do contact Customer Services to find out where your payment is.
