I have a potential buyer who lives in Jersey they messaged me stating that eBay wont let them purchase the item. I am a private seller so currently under the Simple delivery system.
Looking at the Simple Delivery page it does state the Channel Isles are excluded from Simple Delivery. I contacted eBay support to find a way to be able to sell to the buyer in Jersey and they came up with no solution!!.
Does anyone know a way around this situation?
If not it means that no one from the Channel Isles can purchase items using Simple delivery and under this system you have no other option but to sell using Simple Delivery.
