Royal Mail did not pick up my parcel as arranged although I had left it in the designated safe place. I can’t arrange another pick up without problem and paying. Why can’t I just get a Royal Mail label and I’ll post it myself ? It just says Royal Mail will bring the label but I can’t see it?
