I purchased a T Shirt from a London based seller Now need to return it as it’s not correct size .Seller has it set up to return it o China at my cost, the cost of return to me is double the cost of the item. Seller does not respond to question.
How do I get my money back ?

Open item not as described case, seller supplies returns label, you post back for full refund.
If listing said posted from London, that is where you return it to.
Ignore seller, escalate case (ask ebay to step in) 4 days after opening.
They will either supply label or refund.

a London based seller
"London based seller" is a bit confusing. What counts is where the seller is registered with eBay. Many sellers registered in China have a base of some sort in London, which allows them to list items as UK stock.
As regards returns, if an item is listed as UK stock, the seller must provide a UK address for returns. If items were located in China, the seller can require them to be returned to China.
In either case, bear in mind that if the seller is registered in China they are effectively beyond UK law. Items may not comply with UK safety requirements and buyers are unlikely to have any meaningful or enforceable UK statutory consumer rights.

Thanks for your reply.
Sadly, eBay just didn’t seem interested. The only solution they suggested was for me to list and sell it on which reluctantly I’ve now done.
I did file a complaint about the seller, but had no feedback on that.

Thanks for your reply.
I got nowhere with eBay and was made to feel I was making a fuss about nothing.
It appears we’re all paying for buyer protection and it’s meaningless.
I’ve now sold it on at a loss and have had no follow up on my Seller Complaint.

That implies you opened a case with the reason 'does not fit '. Or otherwise didn't follow the money back guarantee.
You do not pay the buyer protection fee for access to the money back guarantee, that's free.
