When I go to list an item I am prevented from doing so and receive this message - "Unfortunately, you won't be able to list any items. Go to the eBay Resolution Center to resolve your open cases. After you resolve your cases, reply to the email in your Messages in My eBay. Thanks for understanding." I have no open cases and looking at my messages and emails there is nothing to indicate I have any issues to resolve - how do I go about sorting this out?
