Royal Mail Next Day Delivery

Seller: As a Seller posting lawn bowls which were sent Royal Mail Next Day Delivery and received by the Buyer, who was delighted with the speed of delivery after payment, seems to be a good advertisement for ebay. Unfortunately,  not using the eBay postage label makes it difficult to experience two things: Contact an eBay agent by phone or email/message with delivery details and secondly, get my money.

See if you can change the tracking number at View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow.   That has to be done on a desktop browser.   If not generate the original prepaid Simple Delivery label and try again.

Afterwards if you paid for the original label you can cancel it here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/claims/simple-delivery/refund/seller
Or if the buyer paid for it it will be refunded to them automatically in 30 days.
