CHANGE POSTAGE METHOD AFTER BUYER HAS PAID

Hi - I am new Ebay so not sure if I have set up my postage details on the account correctly.
I have sold an item, but it appears they have selected Royal Mail for delivery.
I actually have a courier I use and want to send it via APC, but I do not know how to change Ebay to allow me to change from Royal Mail to APC - I DO NOT want to charge the buyer more money for postage, just who I send the parcel with? It needs to be shipped today - any help appreciated or can I call Ebay to discuss.....!?!?!?

Discussing this with eBay will not help. Simple Delivery is now mandatory for Private sellers,  and currently only 2 postal services are available,  Royal Mail, and Evri.

You could use your own courier,  but your  payout would be held for a minimum of 14 days before release, but probably even longer,  as you are also a new seller and not using eBay's Simple Delivery.

I understand you have good results with your current courier,  but is there any reason not to use RM or Evri ?  The transaction would be far easier to use SD lables, especially as said, that you are a new seller.
