Hi I need to get in touch with eBay but don’t know best way evri have lost a parcel that I sold via eBay & im trying to claim for the lose evri say I need eBay to claim for me .

Was this a Simple Delivery transaction?

Then,  your buyer needs to open a case for item not received.  eBay take over, pay the refund, and you get to keep the payment for the item.
