How do I claim for a list simple delivery item with eBay . Evri lost the item but say I need to claim via eBay . How do I do that please  ? Thanks

Ask the buyer to open a "not received" case.   eBay will refund them, you keep the payment.

Oh nooo,  you must never process refunds yourself,  it removes all seller protection from you.

You will not be able to retrieve that payment from eBay now.

For future , when using Simple Delivery,  if an item is lost not delivered,  or received damaged in transit, ask your buyer to open the relevant case,  eBay step in, they refund the buyer,  and you get to keep the original payment.
