I had to purchase a new postage label in the post office as the size of my parcel didn't fit the label options on ebay. My buyer paid for the original label & I had to purchase one at more than double the cost. I tried to cancel the label but it didn't let me. It means we paid for postage twice. How can I get a refund on what my buyer paid to cover the additional costs that I had to pay.
