Hi, I have subscribed to a featured shop at the end of June 2025 and have only received 1 x £10 coupon for ebay packaging as part of having a shop. I contacted customer support and was told that the coupon is for July 2025 and I shkuld get August's by the 8th. I have since been trying to get my coupon for August and been contacting them the past 2 weeks and all 3 agents have said the same thing that they will escalate it and someone will get back to me and then they leave the chat straightaway. At this point, I have spent so much of my time on this and the £10 is not even worth it now. Can someone advise please of your experience with the coupon? Thank you.
