Ebay has not paid me for item I sold two weeks for £240 and have sent me a message stating ( your buyer has reached out about their order ,since you used simple delivery we'll work with your buyer directly on any delivery related questions) I've emailed the buyer and he replied, ( I received the record on Friday thanks,,I never reported a problem and the money has left my pay pal account) .My question is if ebay don't pay me ,does this constitute theft and does it put the buyer in a position where he has received stolen goods unknowingly?

How on earth do you arrive at that? If this really is a genuine question the answer is no, it's not theft and no, your buyer is not in receipt of stolen goods. There's likely a reason why the payment is being held.

Ebay has only put a quarter of my content on the forum they haven't put the paragraphs ìn were they notified me the buyer had reported a problem, I contacted the buy and he said he did no such thing. I have take photos of the messages but don't know how to load them.hope this clarify 's my predicament.
