I sold some books and chose the option for the royal mail to collect them but no one came

should I still wait for the Royal mail to come to collect or print the prepaid label and drop the books myself? Also I made a mistake. I put 2kg in the listing but actually 6kg. If I drop the books myself, can I pay for extra weight at the drop off? I guess the prepaid label only covers 2kg. Thanks

eBay say that if you miss the collection you can rebook it on the Royal Mail website.   I would think that applies the same if they miss the collection.   Or you could let it lapse and post the books.

If you change the postage you would either have to buy the new label yourself.    Or cancel/refund with buyer's agreement (via the dropdown menu for the item on your orders list) and relist with correct postage for them to buy again.
