Item arrived damaged

I have received an item that looks like it has been damaged in the post, pleas se photo. I have contacted the seller but I says to contact customer service as it was sent by EBay special delivery?

Nope,  you do not have to contact Customer Services.

 

Go to your Purchase History far right from More Actions,  select Return this Item, select the reason Damaged in Transit.

 

eBay then take over the case,  fully refund you, and the seller keeps their payout for the item,  that is how Simple Delivery works.

 

Open the return with 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery.
