buyer away requested post item when they return

how do I request a late delivery as buyer away and has asked for parcel to be sent once she returns.

There's no way to ask for this request, and if you delay posting,  you'll get a late delivery mark on your account.

Message the buyer explaining the above, and that you need to cancel the order, with the buyer's consent, and relist it again for them to buy when they're back home.

Cancelling citing Buyer requests to cancel will fully refund them,  and won't affect your seller performance.
