Unable to contact ebay in regards to seller not following ebay policy for return and refund.

Seller refuses to send me a return slip with an address, they've just taken a picture of a blank one and sent it, ebays useless automated system has accepted that as a return label when its not even got a bloody address on it! 
I cannot further to ebay as there as NO options to bring ebay into the issue. 

I am sick to death of being treated like this by sellers and ebay itself, teBay is an absolute mockery of what it once was.
I CANT EVEN SPEAK TO A HUMAN BEING UNLESS YOU REQUEST A CALL BACK THEN YOU CAN JUST ABOUT UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY ARE SAYING. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.

If you have opened a case, and seller not supplying a return label, why don’t you escalate the case to ebay. There is no need to contact ebay, you just follow instructions given when you opened a case.

If you haven't opened a case do it now.

Is the return open?

If so, you need to contact eBay again and simply tell them that the seller has sent you a blank return address label, ask them to take a look at it.
