Purchase not showing in history

eBay is clearly aware that this is a problem because they haven't addressed it despite numerous enquiries. My emails to them have gone unanswered. I recently made a purchase, the service from the seller was excellent but I am unable to provide the well earned feedback because eBay constantly refers me to purchase history. For example, I received an email from eBay asking for feedback, it included details of the purchase. I clicked the "Feedback" option only to be directed back to my account where the transaction is not shown. I will not be using eBay again. They have the technology for collecting money well sorted, they should have sorted out this problem but haven't done so.

Ebay don't normally allow you to send emails to them

Looks like you bought as a guest if item is not in your purchase history,

It is likely that @tobiasd4 has hit the nail on the head.

You are only showing recent feedback received for one purchase on this account.

Everything else is more than 6 months old.

if you don't log into your account when you make a purchase and checkout as a guest,  the purchase doesn't show in your purchase history and you are unable to leave feedback.

If you find the email you got from Ebay when you bought the item, you can check if this is the case.
