Having issues with payment check outs it's  saying please check your payment details or use different paying method  have contacted my Bank they are saying it's fine  have tried to sign out and sing in again but still

Two things,  you are in Zambia,  so you need to first log out of this UK site,  and log into www.ebay.com to continue.

Secondly,  check the seller's postage details,  that they do sell to Zambia,  as not all sellers sell internationally,  here in the UK.
