delivery options

Hi all, as of today when I am trying to list an item it appears that the simple delivery has vanished and eBay won’t let me select a postage method which is stopping me from completing my listing 

the error message I am receiving is to update my postage policy however on my account I am opted into the simple delivery and have been since it began? 

very confused here as everything was working fine until today 

any help appreciated, thanks

What specifically are you trying to list?

Not everything is eligible for Simple Delivery, for example, jewellery, belts, hats, and (I believe) handbags can't be listed with SD.

Clothing, I’m not sure if it is a bug with my app after the latest update
as I haven’t listed in a few days but when I tried to list today the full
set up seems to have changed
