I got a text today CollectPlus with a code and instruction to collect by 19/08/25. What does this mean? Do I have to go to a collection point? If so, how do I know where to go to? I thought I was buying for postage to my home address. Not familiar with CollectPlus. Any help please. Would be most grateful. Thank you. Robert.

Go to your Purchase History and call the order up, the delivery address should be showing there, is it your home address?
