Powerbank

Received an Energiser powerbank. It stopped working not long after the returns date closed. Spoken to seller who said they'd send a new one and they've not let me know if it is being sent or they're not sending it. I can't get hold of anyone on ebay just the ridiculous chat assistant!

What do i do? It was £21

There's little point in contacting eBay about this, if you're past their 30 day buyer protection date then they cannot get involved, this would be between you and your seller.

If you paid with a debit or credit card you could contact your card provider and see about issuing a not as described chargeback. As well as being forced to refund you, that will also land that seller with as £16 fee.
