Hi I'm trying to list a handsaw did listing postage etc then when I came to list it message says a bladed item can't be sold to under 🔞 and to look for different postage !! So looked to see how or where and I can't find anything .

Can someone please help me.

Sometimes eBay messages do not portray the real reason for an issue.

Try and add a credit card not debit,  to your eBay account,  make sure it has at least 6 months validity.  This proves you are over the age of 18, the age required to sell such an item.

I believe it cannot be listed as a collection item.

It is not really to prove you are over 18, it is age verification to prove that buyer is  over 18, so you have to use and pay for a service that will not deliver/hand to under 18s.
