ebay not uploading tracking info correct

Hello all,

Since start of February ebay new system has been an awful experience, tracking sits in limbo, so I deicided to use first class signed for on two items I sold yesterday and paid for postage online.

When the post office accepted the parcels today I found it had put tracking number for first item on both sales and when I changed it, all tracking disappeared, I have sales totalling around £200 sat in this state and before the new system no matter what i posted it got their.

I don't mind extra time for payment, I do mind how awful experience ebay has become, once I've sold Everything I've got listed, I'm sorry but I wish to close my account with ebay, sad times, I presume I'm not the only one struggling with what's going on.

Did you buy from Royal Mail or eBay? You would have done better buying at the post office, using ebay so many decisions are wrongly made for you.

Can you not enter tracking correctly now?

Thank you for replying so quickly, I always go into post office and once
I've got receipt enter tracking number in, never had an issue, it's only
because of four transaction in last couple of weeks I tried doing it online
and as above that messed up two,

Just losing confidence in listing items and being able to complete
transactions all the way to me getting paid

eBay are currently experiencing an issue with tracking on some items not updating.

I'll tag Community Manager dave@ebay   who is dealing with this,  and he can add your account to the ' bug ticket'.
