Combined shipping

Original order form listed items from same buyer so you could combine shipping.  I just combined 2 magazines by using one ebay postage label.  Now the 2nd item is not showing 'dispatched' and there's no way I can mark it dispatched. 

Will I get paid for this 2nd item?  Will the buyer get a refund on the unused postage label?

Ebay have taken over everything and seller has no power to adjust anything!

You can mark the second one as dispatched by generating the unused label.   You will get paid anyway but after 14 days and the buyer will get a refund for the unused label in 30 days.

So I 'generate' (buy) the 2nd label, pretend to dispatch the item which has already been dispatched in combined packet and then have to wait 14 days to be paid!  And my buyer may - or may not - get a refund after 30 days.

If I go the other route and refund 2nd postage amount to buyer - will the refund be deducted from my net amount of the goods?   Such complications.

The ORIGINAL SALE INVOICES were so simple.  Items sold to the same buyer were listed and seller could choose to combine.  In fact everything was so simple before these latest systems.
