Collection in Person

I want to list a very heavy puppy gate for collection. The recommended postage is this and has a locked sign on it, yet the app asks me to choose 2 different forms of postage before I can list it. How do I get around this?

Why can’t you select collection when trying to list?

You do not have to select a postage option!

Hour problem is no doubt due to using the app. Do you not have any other means of listing?

If you have access to a laptop or desk top device use that.    The app is not very flexible.
