Release of Funds for items dispatched during Simple Delivery Technical issues

Where do I look to have funds releases for two sales [£217} that have been dispatched with tracking,  delivered and even with one order given positive feedback. This occured in early days of Simple delivery,  9th and 14th July, the Royal Mail 2nd class large envelope labels generated where insufficient for weight of parcels so used ParcelForce for first and Evri Bulk import for second that just puts Tracking number against one out of four items in order. Without being able to add tracking numbers funds are being held.

Have you tried editing the tracking?

There should be an 'edit tracking' next to each item in 'orders'.

Or, you can wait.  You will be paid 14 complete days after the transaction date, so day 15.

Or, you can contact Ebay Customer Services and see if they will update the tracking and release your funds.

Easily solved, correctly upgrade to business seller and no more SD. 

Ebay report accounts to HMRC, so better to upgrade before you get reported.

Always report profit to HMRC for last 16 years. Not worthwhile registering as business since only average about dozen sales per week

Makes no difference about reporting profit.

It is the law to register as business on ebay.
