Refund request query

Hello, advise please. I brought a Samsung charger off a seller end of Feb. Iv come to use it yesterday and it doesn't work. Iv taken it to an IT Technician at Fix It and they've agreed, it's faulty. Iv messaged the seller twice no reply. Tried to open up a refund return request but it won't let me as it's saying the item no longer exists, but it's still on my purchases page. what do I do now ?
