Counterfeit dyson

Bought Dyson Hairdryer after sending to Dyson for a small repair they have confirmed it’s fake and have confiscated. I raised a dispute and EBay have sent a strange decision saying they haven’t violated any policy by allowing this how do I appeal I want my money back. Seller no longer listed. I have official

letter from Dyson explaining their findings.

If you received the item more than 30 days ago, you are outside of the Ebay Money Back Guarantee.

If the seller is no longer using Ebay, then Ebay can't block their listings or take any action against them.

There is no way of getting a refund through Ebay after 30 days.
