Seller offered to pay for repairs, now uncontactable

I purchased a range cooker and on arrival it was not working. The seller sent an engineer the next day who said it would need new jets. Communication at this stage was brilliant.
They said there was a wait on parts, then a wait for the engineer, then staff illness.
I am now out of the returns window and they are no longer replying to my messages. They are still trading and have 100% positive reviews.

Sounds like they've used delaying tactics.    Contact your payment provider and ask about a refund or chargeback.

If they can't help try money claim online (previously small claims court):

You could tell the seller you intend taking it further and see if that makes them do the right thing.   Best of luck.
