Good Morning, my buyer bought a collection only item and is being very difficult regarding arranging collection. I had previously given them days and evenings when I was available but they do not respond. Then out of the blue will say can I come now? When I was out for the day. It is hslf term afterall.
I am going away in a week, should I give them a choice to cancel or collect by Friday?
