Counterfeit batteries for drone

Bought two batteries for my DJI drone last month. Hadn't tried them until yesterday when my controller said "Not DJI Battery" for each battery tried.

Contacted seller. They suggested I start a return, so I did. Then they closed the return and I cannot appeal.

Can anyone help?

If you received them more than 30 days ago, Ebay won't make the seller refund you.
