Incorrect return label

Hi, I ordered an item from a seller, it arrived and was completely incorrect, not as described and the packaging was damaged along with some items missing. I requested a return which was accepted and the seller sent a label but when I took it to the parcel shop they said it was the wrong label. It was for a small parcel but this was in fact a large parcel. The seller will not answer my messages and because I cannot send the tik back but the seller sent the label eBay won’t step in and help??

You need to speak to Ebay Customer Services.

They will either make the buyer send a suitable label or they may refund you.
