Refund and return

I bought a pedestal fan but came  with broken parts . Almost every part of the fan is damaged and I applied for a return and refund but there is no reply from the seller and no help from ebay. They are asking me to wait and I don't know how long do I need to wait. Can someone help me with this.

Have you opened a NOT AS DESCRIBED CASE, within 30 days of delivery. If over 30 days you are too late. Not as described cases are all automated, so you should just be able to open and follow instructions.

If you have opened a proper case and seller has not responded, then you escalate the case to ebay.

Ebay do nothing unless you follow correct procedure.
