poor packaging

i have just received two electronic pro-audio items from a seller who sent via a 5 day courier. I was expecting them to arrived boxed and cushioned someway inside. Instead they turned up with maybe 2-3 layers of the thin type bubble wrap and brown paper with 'fragile' written in biro. I can feel all edges and corners of the items. I've seen how packages can get treated in transit. If not visibly damaged i can't help thinking their life expectancy may have been badly reduced. Seller refuses return/full refund. No option for 'poor packaging' in ebay return options.

There is an option for 'Arrived damaged' when you open an eBay return, use that.

Test them thoroughly.   If you feel they're not working as they should due to damage in transit start a return on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/buying/returns-refunds/return-item-refund?id=4041
using the reason "Damaged" or "not as described"  and escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days.
