After over 20 years with eBay I’m considering closing my account due to frustration.
Recently I have sold items, more or less been forced to use the eBay postage system and then when trying to print or get a QR code merely get the repeated message “There’s a problem. Please try later”. Raised with eBay and have IT ticket but nothing fixed. As I cannot get their system to work I’ve had to pay postage separately. Although it’s an eBay fault they weren’t refund my postage which I’ve paid on top of the eBay postage system despite being a loyal customer for two decades. Has anyone else experienced this problem with the postage system?
